Whether you are a beginner or an experienced swimmer who wants to refine your stroke technique, our trained instructos will tailor instruction to meet your needs. Our Adult program is individualized to help you attain your goals.

Swimmers may work on becoming comfortable in the water, building confidence, building endurance, specific strokes, breath control, and more.

Adult classes are typically scheduled when there are few or no children are in the pool.

Classes can be scheduled on a recurring enrollment basis or as Drop-In lessons. Drop-In lesson can be scheduled up to one week in advance of the class.

CSS must be notified in writing by the 15th of the month if you intend to withdraw the following month. We do not allow bi-monthly enrollments. We do not prorate or refund monthly bills for canceled or no-show lessons and we do allow schedule changes mid-month.
