Prep

Our Swim Team Prep Class and Clinics are for swimmers who do not know all four strokes, but are interested in trying out for summer swim team. Swimmers will be grouped according to ability and will work on freestyle, backstroke, racing dives, and flip turns. The goal of swim team prep is to prepare swimmers for recreational swim teams.

Enhancement

Swim Team Enhancement is for swimmers who know all four strokes and are either on a swim team or are interested in trying out for swim team. Swimmers will build endurance while fine tuning strokes, dives, and flip turns. Students must have completed our Sailfish or Strokes levels, or be evaluated and by our Aquatics Director.

For students who may find more success in a specialized lesson due to unique learning, behavioral, or physical needs, we offer Goldfish Privates. These 30 minute privates are highly individualized and are offered at times when the pool is quieter and calmer, taking sensory needs into consideration. These classes fill up very quickly and many have waitlists. Please contact us if you think your child would benefit from a Goldfish private.
