Dolphin ED

July 9, 2018

Ages 5 and older

Everyday Session

Dolphin Graphic

The number one goal at this level is comfort in the water.
We know that kids learn when they feel safe, loved, and are having fun. In our Dolphin classes, we spend lots of time building trust, boosting confidence, connecting, building relationships, laughing, and having fun. Some benefits of attending every day for 2 weeks are that students conquer separation anxiety and also build confidence.
As a Dolphin, swimmers will learn important safety skills such as what to do in the case of an accidental submersion and how the safer way to enter and exit water.
Our Dolphin level introduces fundamental swimming skills including glides, streamline kicks, freestyle arms, side breathing, backstroke kicks with barbell, and diving to retrieve rings from floor of pool.

Guppy ED

July 9, 2018

Ages 2 ½ – 4 years

2-Week Everyday Session

The number one goal for our little guppies is comfort in the water. We know that kids learn when they feel safe, loved, and are having fun. The benefit to coming everyday helps students get over separation anxiety and help instill trust in their instructor and our program. In our Guppy classes, we spend lots of time building trust, boosting confidence, laughing, singing, being silly, and having fun.

While doing all of these things, we also integrate safety skills such as listening skills, the safer way to climb in and out of the pool, back floats, how to roll over, and what to do if you fall in the water. We also teach basic swimming skills such as breath control, kicks, correct body position, and buoyancy. By the time our sweet guppies finish their session, we want them to be happy and comfortable in the water. Guppy is a 2-Week Everyday Session that meets Monday through Friday.

Ages 20-36 months

Perpetual Weekly Lessons or Everyday Session

2x per week requirement (when enrolled in weekly lessons)
