    Colorado Swim School is hiring! We are looking for instructors/coaches, lifeguards, and a customer experience representative. 

    Instructor/Coach

    • Must have experience working with children
    • Must complete Colorado Swim School’s training program
    • Must love children
    • CPR/First Aid Certification strongly encouraged
    Job Description: 

    Instruct all levels of swim classes, complete student evaluation and progress reports, attend and participate in all meetings and training sessions.

    Lifeguard/Water Safety Expert

    • Must be 16 years or older
    • Must have American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or equivalent and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent
    • Must love children
    Job Description:

    Ensure students safety, constant facility supervision, respond appropriately to emergency, administer first aid when necessary, enforce facility rules and cleaning of facility.

    Customer Experience Team

Our CET is on the front line, they are the movers and the shakers. They are the connectors. They are the welcomers. They have that ‘Never-Say-Die’ spirit. They are the helpers. They take customer service and the customer experience to a whole new level.

    Our Customer Experience Team performs the following tasks with professionalism and tact:

    •  Welcome and assist new, existing and returning customers to the Colorado Swim School facility.
    • Handle a high volume of customers by phone and in person by providing program information and booking swim lessons.
    • Respond to customer requests, answer questions, and handle customer problems in a tactful manner, treating all customers with a positive and professional attitude.
    • Have full knowledge of all CSS policies, procedures, and swim level requirements.
    • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer payments.
    •  Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Provide teachers with accurate student information.
    • Work closely with the customer experience supervisor to resolve any discrepancies in student lesson time(s)/day(s), if applicable.
    •  Responsible for the appearance of the office, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and co-workers.
    • Communicates with the office manager when problems arise.
    • In the event of an accident/emergency follow the emergency procedures set in place by CSS.
    • Assist in opening/closing duties.
    • Be responsible for work hours.  Obtain a substitute when unable to work scheduled hours.
    • Other duties as assigned by management, related to the day-to-day operations of the CSS facility.

    Qualified candidates must be motivated to study and learn our program, and be trained both in and out of the water. We pay for training!   We hiring one candidate to work the following shifts: Monday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons from 2:30-8:00 pm.

    **Candidates will only be considered if the following criteria are met:

    • The ability to work all shifts listed above
    • Willingness to train both in and out of the water
    • Submitted a cover letter with a brief description on why you are a perfect fit for the job

        Requesting withdrawal at the end of the month of:


        I understand that:

        Withdrawal forms must be received by the 15th of the month to take effect the following calendar month. (Ex. Due November 15th to take effect in December.)

        Once payment has been received, I am committed to that day/time for the entire month. Partial refunds will not be provided for early withdrawals.

        Once a withdrawal has been submitted, my child’s spot will no longer be held and will be made available for other students to enroll.

        All make-ups from previous absences will be forfeited when I withdraw and will not be carried over to re-enrollment.

        Any credits on my account are good for one year from the date of withdrawal.
